American bakeries range from wholesale operations that supply restaurants to neighborhood shops that sell bread, pastries, cookies and cakes over the counter, and many of them also pour coffee. Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. Prices are posted per item, by the dozen or by the pound, and most shops now take cards and mobile payment.

It's interesting that this place is listed as only a bakery when it is also a restaurant, although it does have a very small seating area. The food is good, and the second time I went there the employee was super nice. The first time I ordered something with mole, and the second I ordered a enchilada and hard taco combo. Both were good, although I think the mole was a bit spicy. I will totally go there again, although I always order takeout from this place.

Really need someone else to try a carnitas burrito and report back. The lengua tacos was something Iβve never experienced both visually and taste wise. And the burrito was one of the worst things Iβve ever attempted to eat. I never throw food away but I simply could not bring myself to take another bite. Idk whatβs going on in that kitchen but hell noβ¦ never again.

The food was good overall! I stopped in for the first time today and ordered the chicken burrito. It tasted great at first, but Iβll probably try a different spot for a burrito next time. The tortilla seemed slightly undercooked β it was fine when it was fresh, but after I refrigerated the leftovers and came back to it a few hours later, it had a very doughy texture. I know they make their tortillas in-house, which I appreciate, but it may have just needed a little more time on the grill. That being said, the dark red sauce it came with was phenomenal. Truly so, so good.
